Back Alley Bakery & Café Special Order Full Pre-Payment Policy
At Back Alley Bakery & Café, we are committed to creating the highest quality custom baked goods for our customers. To ensure that we can dedicate the necessary resources and time for your special order, we require full pre-payment for certain orders, including custom sourdough, cakes, pies, and other specialty items.
Policy Overview:
Full Pre-Payment Requirement:
Full payment is required for all special orders, including sourdough bread, custom cakes, pies, and other specialty desserts.
Your order will not be processed or reserved until full payment is received.
Order Confirmation:
Once your special order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent with payment instructions.
Orders will be reserved only after full pre-payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the pickup time will result in the forfeiture of the full payment, as the order will already be in preparation.
50% may be refunded if ingredients have not been ordered.
Changes to Order:
Any modifications to an order must be made at least 48 hours prior to the pickup time. After this time, the full pre-payment is non-refundable for changes.
Payment Methods:
Full pre-payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. In-store payments are also accepted for local customers.
Delivery & Pickup:
Pickup times will be scheduled at the time of the order. If delivery is requested, additional fees may apply.
